Products will be sent to the place where the visitor/user has indicated by courier service (ACS Courier), without extra charge for shipping and cash-on-delivery, for all parts of Greece.
Should the value of the product be lesser than 50€, there is an extra charge of 3€ for shipping.
For shipments to Cyprus, there is an extra charge of 15€ for shipping.
Provided that the ordered product is immediately available in the company’s stock and that there are not any other reasons to force the company to temporarily or permanently suspend the sale of a product, shipments will be performed within 48 -72 hours. Regarding international shipments, shipments will be performed depending on each country’s timetables.
Shipments will be performed daily, except for Sundays and bank holidays.
If, on ground of force majeure (f.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes), it is not possible to deliver the products within the prescribed time, the visitor/user will be informed by telephone or e-mail, in order to inform the company if he wishes, under these circumstances, to complete their order.
PURCHASE
During the check-out and also the completion of the order, the visitor/user is guided step-by-step by the automatic system suggestions. The order will be archived.
With the completion of the order, the visitor/user will receive a message through e-mail that comfirms that the order is received. If any mistake happens during the execution of the order, under the responsibility of the company, the lastly mentioned has the obligation to restore it.
